1. Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping — €4.95 for orders below €80.
• Free Shipping — for all orders of €80 and above.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours after payment confirmation. This is the preparation period; delivery takes additional time and varies by destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for destinations available at checkout:

• Germany, France, Austria, Belgium: 5–8 business days
• Poland, Lithuania, other EU countries: 6–9 business days
• United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: 6–12 business days
• UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Israel: 7–14 business days
• Mexico, Brazil: 10–18 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or peak seasons.

4. Taxes & Fees

The order total, shipping charge and any taxes collected by MomentBaby are shown at checkout before you pay.

For non-EU customers, prices may be shown excluding local taxes and duties. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Tracking Orders

Each order includes a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

6. Shipping Destinations

We deliver to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your destination is not listed, please contact us before placing an order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

7. Delays & Liability

Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays. If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact perfectbaby.eu@gmail.com so we can investigate. For EU consumer orders, we remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive them. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

At MomentBaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
• Your statutory rights and the conditions of our additional return period are explained below.

Your statutory rights

For EU distance purchases, you may normally notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Discounted products are not excluded solely because they were discounted. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value. Statutory exceptions apply, including qualifying sealed hygiene goods after unsealing.

Additional 30-day return period

We also accept return requests made on days 15–30 after delivery for unused goods with original packaging, labels and any applicable seals intact. This additional policy does not limit statutory rights or remedies for faulty goods.

Return costs

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund the eligible purchase price and the cost of our standard original delivery service. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return where this was disclosed before purchase. We cover applicable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. For our additional days 15–30 policy, original shipping is not refunded unless required by law.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at perfectbaby.eu@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number and the items you wish to return. A reason is optional for statutory withdrawal.
3. We will provide the return instructions and address. A valid statutory withdrawal does not require our prior approval.
4. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of posting.

Please contact us before posting so we can give you the correct return address. This instruction does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights. For statutory withdrawal, send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at perfectbaby.eu@gmail.com.

• We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
• For statutory withdrawal, we refund through the original payment method within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Additional-policy returns are refunded within 10 business days after approval.
• Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
